The Hyatt Place Distrito Hotel project focuses on integrating interior and exterior spaces, using materials and spatial transitions that blur the boundaries between the two. This approach is achieved through large windows and glass doors that allow in natural light and offer panoramic views, outdoor materials and furniture that flow inside, creating a continuous connection with the environment.

At the same time, the hotel incorporates local Dominican culture through the use of bright colors and materials that reflect the tropical exuberance of the Caribbean. The decoration, which includes local details and works of art, enriches the guest experience with an atmosphere full of energy and warmth, honoring the Dominican identity and offering an immersive and authentic experience.
